About Antonia Milkop
Antonia is someone who loves interactive team gatherings. She believes one of the best ways people learn and engage is via doing (Antonia leads with Executing strengths ).
Antonia’s mission is to be a catalyst to ignite potential in others to make a positive impact in the work they do and use their strengths to do so. She works mostly with managers and leaders and is passionate about bringing about positive change in organisational cultures, supporting leaders and their teams to bring out the best in their people and produce great results in their work.
Antonia’s been using Menti since 2020 as it’s got the capability of turning presentations into interactive conversations – she found this especially useful in facilitating hybrid team gatherings (i.e. when some people are in-person and some are virtual, which happened a LOT during the pandemic years!). Menti helps create an ‘even playing field’ for all participants, it’s also a great tool for helping ‘voices be heard’ (introverts and extroverts!). She can’t wait to show you how she uses it and learn from any others who are using Menti.
Antonia has recently published her first book, Team Spirit: The Power of Purposeful Gatherings. Find out more and grab a copy of her book here.
