Why Connect, Learn, Share exists
To create a safe space where independent coaches can connect, learn, and grow together, sharing their knowledge, skills and experiences – so that we, as a coaching community, can deepen our impact, accelerate the strengths movement, and empower more people to live and work in alignment with their strengths.
This event was born out of a desire to fill a gap in professional development for independent coaches – a place where coaches could share their insights, business growth practices, and expertise with a like-minded community.
What started as a pilot in 2023 of 68 people has now grown into a vibrant and thriving network of coaches committed to learning, sharing, and growing together.
Through this event, we’ve created a platform that celebrates the collective expertise of coaches, offering robust programming and opportunities to connect deeply, learn meaningfully, and share boldly.
Together, we’re shaping the future of strengths-based coaching and creating a ripple effect of change.
