Seriously this depends on your needs, but there are various spaces and activities, biweekly co-working sessions, genuine connection-fostering, on-platform DMs, events, collaboration opportunities, Masterminds, workshops, trainings, and resources. The added bonus is you will get first access to the in person Connect, Learn and Share event.

This Community will be right for you if you value community and a network of likeminded individuals passionate about driving the Strengths mission. If you can not attend learning sessions in person, you can watch recording and will have access to a back catalogue of recordings. There will also be tools and resources that will only grow in volume and value.

We certainly don’t want you paying for something you’re not really using, but that doesn’t mean you can’t contribute and get value out of Connect, Learn and Share at the best cadence that makes sense for you. We also have a quarterly membership that might be more suited to you.

Yes, you may, if it is relevant to coaches and growing their business and craft. We have a partner space within the platform where we encourage you to share your current offers and services. If you are running a course, assuming it doesn’t conflict with our events we can share the dates and times of your program.

Purpose-driven coaches seeking a community of ‘their people’, education, and growth in a curated, distraction-free space. Whilst most of us will be independent coaches, it doesn’t mean you can’t join if you work as an organisation. I think of the song ‘Sisters are doing It for Themselves’ and replace that with ‘Coaches are doing it for Themselves’ We are smart, resourceful business owners, many of whom have been in corporate and ventured out on their own.  It can, at times, be a lonely place.  Not anymore.

It’s also for people who are thinking of setting up on their own but don’t know where to start. Come learn from our lessons. Use the tools we use to grow your business faster than you would on your own.

We are an inclusive community of coaches with an abundance mentality.  Many of us are Maximizers and love working with the best. Together we can elevate each other.

Access to all spaces, access to recordings, tools and events.  There will be events from other coaches also advertised under events, but it will show if there is a charge from them.  There are also some private masterminds that will be locked BUT you can request to house your own Mastermind in here.

No way. Connect, Learn and Share is powered by Circle, which is the best community-hosting platform out there, I did my research. My love of Facebook is waning, not helped by how gullible I am for ads and I am wasting time on there.  Here you will find ‘your people’ and the support you need in a friendly and supportive, non spamming way.

No. While working with values-aligned sponsors may become a future opportunity worth exploring, it won’t be via any traditional advertising placements.

Yes, if you join and decide it’s not for you, if you cancel your membership within the first 3 days and notify us, we will refund your money.

We don’t do pro-rata refunds, but if you cancel your membership within the first 72 hours of joining and notify us, we’ll refund your subscription fee in full.

Yes, depending on bandwidth. Charlotte and several other members offer 1:1 coaching. I would also love you to think of this space as group Coaching and Mentoring.  Charlotte will run regular ‘Ask me anything’ sessions and the intention of the ICF spaces is for you to practice coaching and review coaching.

Accountability circles, co-working sessions, guest expert training (both internal and external), round tables, product demos, collabs, Grand Rounds (have a problem or idea solved or fleshed out – like I have a workshop for 40 people coming up what do I do? I am dealing with a client who said XYZ how should I handle it, I need to do X in Access or Cascade, how do I do that? You will get advice from a group of Independent coaches who have been in business for themselves for a while AND smarts from others who have worked else where who will offer their wisdom.

On occasion, we may offer free trials into the community through some of our events and existing members, but it’s not something we do often and publicly.

Yes, we have some people who are on hand to help you get acquainted and inspired, along with some helpful resources that you’ll get upon joining.
