Everybody needs a coach and sometimes we need mentoring and advice too. In these sessions I will use a combination of Coaching and Mentoring to help you with your objectives, you can ask me anything! I will also share your choice of resources with you specific to your outcomes.

This might include:

How to, what to include and you will get a copy of my proposal template and Statement of Works (SOW).

Strengths and Change
I’ll walk you though what I use for workshops on the topic of change. You’ll walk away with slides, participant guides template and resource papers.

OR

Help in structuring team workshops
What to include, activities to use. I share my slides, your choice of 15 and where applicable the participant guides again, your choice of 15 in editable powerpoint and editable pdf.

Depending on the outcomes you are looking for it might be a combo of the above.

In a 30 min session we will review your team grid and I will give my insights, and a list of questions you could be asking, things you might want to listen for, the pairings you might suggest. This can either be live or I will record and write up my insights for you within 24 hours as we know diaries don’t always align.
