In this session Jan Peters will share insights into vital elements of helping you set the scene to maximise the participation of each of your delegates. Jan will share insights from the recent Animas programme she attend on neurodiversity and coaching and her passion for designing inclusion into engineering learning and workspaces.

About our Speaker
Jan has a science and manufacturing background and was the UK lead to the European Commission For Women in Science. She is a leading advocate for diversity and inclusion and established Katalytik in 2004 initially focusing on consulting and action research projects. In one project, in 2011, she discovered CliftonStrengths and immediately saw its power to build inclusive teams.
