Listening for Transformational Outcomes (EMEA and USA/Canada)
As coaches we often focus on finding the very best questions to activate client awareness and action. But listening as a transformative tool is equally important and yet often overlooked. Oscar Trimboli, author of “How to Listen – Discover the Hidden Key to Better Communication” will lead a 90 minute session where we will both learn and practice key aspects to active listening.
This session will include a brief overview for those learning with Oscar for the first time and then a live facilitated conversation informed by both new and returning attendees.
Objective: Explore deep listening as a tool for transformative coaching conversations.
