You have the team grid in front of you for the team you are about to facilitate, and you are wondering, ‘Now what?
What are some of the questions I should ask?
What is this data telling me?’
If you wish you had an extra pair of eyes on the team data, this might be just right for you.

In this session, we will review a few team grids and discuss some ways you can leverage the data for meaningful discussions with teams.

Feel free to bring your own team grid and I will give my insights and a list of questions you could be asking, things you might want to listen for, and the pairings you might suggest. Others in the group can offer their insights and suggestions.

Together we will learn more how to harness the power of the team grid, the things to watch out for and other tools you can use.
